过年时候买了一大堆菜,囤在冰箱。然后图方便,每次做饭,都挑最简单的(如肉丸)来做。这样做的后果就是营养不均衡。导致身体出现炎症等问题。进而影响了睡眠和训练。
终于把各种维生素拿了出来,按照剂量吃起来了。哪怕昨晚凌晨2点才上床睡觉,但第二天奇迹般地七点多就自然醒来了。再也不是黑白颠倒,抑郁焦虑了。
没错。吃好,就包括各种维生素,其实,剂量上多一点无所谓,但只要缺乏,身体就会产生负面影响。
你要问我哪里买?我就拼多多买的,最常见的五种维生素,打包发货那种,几十元钱。比你去药店买还要便宜些。

Eat Well to Feel Great!
During the New Year, I bought a ton of food and stuffed my fridge. To save time, I always picked the easiest things to cook, like meatballs. But eating the same easy food every day was a bad idea! I didn't get enough vitamins, which made my body feel sick and tired. I couldn't sleep well, and I couldn't exercise properly.
Finally, I started taking my vitamins every day. Even though I went to bed very late last night, a miracle happened! I woke up at 7:00 AM feeling totally fresh. I don't feel sad or worried anymore.
It’s true: Eating well means getting all your vitamins! If your body is missing even a little bit of the good stuff, you will start to feel bad.
Where did I get them? I just bought them online for a very cheap price—cheaper than the drug store! It was just a simple pack of the five most common vitamins.
