没有期望就不会失望，新年快乐又发财！！

今年微信只收到两个人的群发贺年短信。并且，我都没有回复。只在朋友圈发了一个健身视频+配刘德华恭喜发财的背景音乐，还有几个黄色字体“恭喜发财 马上好身材”！ 是的，装都懒得装了。这年头，一切有待重新洗牌。

当外部环境不如人意的时候，就得向内看向内求；当生存不易之时，只能把生存放在首位，放弃诸多幻想，厚积薄发，以求杀出一条生路。

你真正的亲人在哪里？你真正的友军又在哪里？谁和你在同一条船上？你一个人能不能够生存下去？

很多问题值得思考！

Being My Own Best Friend

This year, only two people sent me "Happy New Year" messages on WeChat, and they were just the kind sent to everyone at once. I didn't even write back. Instead, I just posted a video of me working out! I added a fun song and wrote, "Happy New Year! Get a Strong Body!" in bright yellow letters. I’m not pretending to be super social anymore. The world is changing, and I am changing too.

When things outside get tough, you have to look inside yourself. When life is hard, you must focus on taking care of yourself first. Stop dreaming about magic fixes. Just work hard, get stronger, and find your own way to win.

Ask yourself: Who are the people who really care about me? Who is on my team? And most importantly, can I be strong all by myself?

There are a lot of big things to think about!
